ISG has been awarded with a contract to modernise Radyr Library by Cardiff Council. The contractor has previous experience delivering a similar project for the council at the Grade II listed Cathays Library.
The programme will see ISG carry out a complete upgrade of the library building, which was originally constructed in the 1960s. The library will be closed to the public throughout the duration of the project until the building is handed over in spring 2012.
