Osborne has completed development of affordable family homes in Farningham, near Swanley, for West Kent Housing Association. The £800,000 project comprises three 3-bed family homes and two, 2-bed family homes, which will be marketed for shared ownership by the housing association. The homes reach Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and contain solar thermal decking at the rear of the properties. ... [more]

Osborne has started work on phase 3 of the Kender Estate regeneration in New Cross, South East London, for Hyde Housing Association. BAA awards Gatwick Airport road link building contract to Osborne(09/06/2009)
Journey times to and from Gatwick Airport will be significantly improved by the construction of a new link road connecting the airport with major routes. Osborne crane lifts footbridge and lift shaft at Streatham Hill Station(01/05/2009)
A new footbridge along with one lift shaft has been craned in at Streatham Hill Station in south London over a weekend possession. Osborne undertook the works as part of the Government’s Access for All programme being delivered by Network Rail. Osborne has started working on the new £3.5 million commercial development for SEGRO. The project, on Yeovil Road in Slough, Berkshire, comprises the construction of 14 units housed in six blocks, including warehouse space.
