Swan Housing Group receives Kick Start Round 2 funding

Two east London housing schemes under development by Swan Housing Group have received a £7.7 million funding boost from the Department for Communities and Local Government’s Kick Start Round 2. ISG Jackson has completed a £4 million project to build affordable houses and apartments in Southend-on-Sea, Essex for Swan Housing Group. The project is part of a £400 million, four year framework deal that the affordable homes provider has initiated to increase its property portfolio across Essex and East London. ISG Jackson has completed one of its first projects secured under a £400 million framework partnership with affordable homes provider, Swan Housing Group across Essex and East London.
