ISG has been awarded with a contract to modernise Radyr Library by Cardiff Council. The contractor has previous experience delivering a similar project for the council at the Grade II listed Cathays Library.
The programme will see ISG carry out a complete upgrade of the library building, which was originally constructed in the 1960s. The library will be closed to the public throughout the duration of the project until the building is handed over in spring 2012.

Miller Construction received the ‘go ahead’ as construction partner by Leicester City Council for phases 3 and 4 of the Leicester Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme, a total of 6 schools with a combined value of £43.9 million.
Works are expected to commence on the first school in phase 3, Children’s Hospital School, in summer 2012 and works will begin on phase 4 in winter 2012.
