James & Taylor have won the contract to provide a state-of-the-art façade for a major £90 million hospital development in Salford, Greater Manchester. Façade design experts James & Taylor have won two major contracts to put a new face on student living accommodation in key Scottish cities. The company will supply Alphaton terracotta facades for iQ Property Partnership in a new development at Edinburgh University and another for Opal Property Group at the University of Abertay, Dundee. Constructed by Multibuild for Doncaster developer Basilton Properties, the Premier Inn is in Doncaster’s historic centre, near the Market Place, Corn Exchange and St George’s church.
