Romanian steel producer obtains EN 1090 certification(17/01/2012)
Romanian steel manufacturer Coifer Impex SRL has decided to obtain TÜV Rheinland certification in accordance with the new EN 1090-1 standard and is the first Romanian production company to do so. The introduction of EN 1090-1 standardises the various technical specifications. EN 1090: New requirements for construction products made of steel and aluminum(20/12/2011)
The new European standard EN 1090-1 specifies requirements for the manufacturers of structural construction components made of steel or aluminum. Latest by July 1, 2012, these manufacturers must possess a valid certificate, if they wish to offer their products in German and EU markets.
