OpenView orders Z19 chassis mounted access platforms from CTE UK

CTE UK Limited has recently delivered the first of a number of access platforms in OpenView Group's £250,000 investment in new equipment. The OpenView Group now has over 110 employees and six depots offering nationwide coverage for the design, supply and installation and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarm systems, audio and video entry systems, and security doors and screens.

“We need to respond in a fast and professional manner and wanted the convenience of our own equipment,” says Paul Bullen, Group Director at OpenView. “Having carried out extensive market research, we decided upon CTE products.”

Having hired in access platforms for many years, OpenView carried out extensive market research before ordering a number of machines from CTE UK. The Z19 chassis mounted access platforms are supplied on 3.5 ton Nissan Cabstar chassis, which allows them to be driven by any of the company employees with an ordinary car driving license.

“The Z19, with 19m of working height and 230kg basket capacity to eight metres of outreach, offers just what we need and is highly cost effective over hiring,” says Paul Bullen. “The Nissan is an ideal town vehicle due to its great turning circle. The package of the CTE Z19 and Nissan make it a great investment.”
