Support for the 5th Annual PorTech Summit 2009

Shanghai Municipal of Transport and Port Authority is going to support The 5th Annual PorTech Summit 2009, which will be held in Oct. 28-30, 2009 in Marriott Shanghai, China.
In March 2009, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao chaired a State Council executive meeting and approved the promotion of Shanghai to speed up the development of International Financial and Shipping Center, which means the advance of high efficient ports of Shanghai as well as those relevant ports in China will be stimulated much faster than ever.
200+ business leaders from China, Middle East ,Europe, United States, India, Australia, New Zealand will participate in Portech Summit 2009 to share port strategies and technology innovations to increase port operation efficiency by saving energy and reducing cost.
