PiLON secures three new refurbishment contracts

PiLON, a specialist in refurbishment and building for the social housing, education and healthcare sectors has announced it has won three new contracts, in total worth around £2 million.
The first is for main contractor Enterprise. Based in Fareham on the South Coast, the project involves refurbishing a number of MoD houses. This is the second contract that PiLON have secured for this client, the first being a similar contract at another MoD military base in Bedfordshire which commenced on site last year and is still ongoing.
For new client United House, PiLON is refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms as part of a major decent homes programme to scattered properties in the Medway area of Kent.
Finally, on behalf of Lovell’s, PiLON is building kitchen and bathroom extensions at a number of houses in the Croydon area. The contract start date was the beginning of February and will take around five months to complete.
