Mixers made by Landia have completed 15 years service at one the most demanding wastewater treatment plants in the North West of England.

A total of 15 Landia mixers are in operation, dealing with very high levels of grit and rags.

From 150rpm to 1500rpm, Landia’s POP-I and POD-I mixers have proved very sturdy and reliable, according to the water company’s representative:
“Considering the very tough environment, Landia’s mixers cope extremely well with the harsh conditions. Landia have also provided us with very good back-up when we’ve asked for it”.

Installed with motors ranging from 11kW to 37.5kW, Landia’s POP-I and POD-I mixers are designed to keep solids in suspension for industrial, biogas and agricultural applications, as well as municipal.
